In the unfortunate event that you're unsatisfied with your original artwork, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Please note that all refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We typically do not offer refunds for a change of mind. However, in the rare event that the item you purchased is sold out or no longer available, even if it still appears as available on our website, we will promptly refund your purchase.

Shipping & Returns

Our commitment is to dispatch your original artwork within 7 business days from the time your order is placed.
Domestic Shipping (Japan):
Paper: $7 flat rate.
Canvas: $25 flat rate.
International Shipping (Worldwide):
Paper: $25 flat rate.
Canvas: $80 flat rate.
Please note, these costs are standardized regardless of the roll size to provide a buyer-friendly experience.
For international orders, we use reliable shipping methods that include tracking and insurance to ensure the safe delivery of your order. If you would like to arrange for faster shipping or special delivery requirements, please contact us before placing your order to discuss your options.
In the event of any unexpected delay in shipping, such as our artist being away from the studio, we will contact you to coordinate delivery dates.
